


As a trilingual civil engineer, Michel quickly realized that technical work was not what he wanted to do. He therefore quickly pursued his professional career after two years in an electrical installation company as a sales representative and as a sales team manager in the IT sector for nearly 18 years.
This allowed him to gain experience in leadership, business development, decision-making and change management. It also helped him refine his understanding of human interactions.
More than 2,000 days of facilitation later, in Dutch, French, and English, in Belgium and abroad (Europe, China, United States, etc.), after supporting individuals and groups and advising companies, he continues to build partnerships and certifications to help create an ethical, respectful, and productive work environment by strengthening the personal and interpersonal skills of his colleagues.
